In June 2025, Harrison Rider LLC developed an AI-first HR systems strategy for Roadrunner Venture Studios and its portfolio companies. The project recommended HiBob as the core HRIS based on its configurability, hybrid team support, and evolving AI capabilities. A 90-day rollout plan was created, covering onboarding automation, compliance reporting, and integration with applicant tracking systems. The concept introduces a scalable “HR-in-a-Box” model—designed to reduce administrative friction, support audit readiness, and deliver operational consistency across new ventures. This work reinforces Roadrunner’s position as a value-added partner while supporting company-building at scale.
